Robot Binaries & Press publishes mass-market technothriller fiction, science fiction and technologically-based nonfiction.

We are currently publishing major projects semi-annually but expect to increase to quarterly by the end of next year.

Due to the small number of projects which we handle, we are looking for truly exceptional work.

Click here to see our catalogue sheet for the upcoming year. There may be openings in the schedule.

We pay advances competitive with the larger publishers, and offer much more intense marketing than most small publishers. (Note: Some works may be bought for "normal" distribution, where our intention is to allocate only industry-standard (for small publishers) budgets for cover artwork and marketing.)

We accept query letters from authors, agents, and other publishers, both domestic and foreign. Please send your query via e-mail to info@robotpress.net -- please put QUERY LETTER in the subject heading.

IF YOU HAVE COMPLETED YOUR WORK AND IT HAS BEEN READ BY OTHERS PLEASE INCLUDE THIS INFORMATION. IF A COLLEAGUE CAN GIVE A RECOMMENDATION PLEASE INCLUDE THE RECOMMENDATION. IF YOU HAVE A THIRD-PARTY ENDORSEMENT, PLEASE INCLUDE THIS INFORMATION.

If you really want to send a sample of work or a full manuscript, PLEASE write to us beforehand. We're looking for exceptional work and have budgeted for outside reading of a limited number of manuscripts. However, we have to make sure beforehand that the work makes sense for us.
